Politique de retour

POLITIQUE DE RETOUR : Tout retour de produit pour convenance personnelle se fera aux frais de l'acheteur (frais de transport de retour à la charge de l'acheteur). Tout retour pour problème technique lié au bon fonctionnement de la plancha neuve ne sera pas facturé. Le matériel doit être retourné dans son carton d'origine avec l'ensemble des accessoires s'y afférant. Le remboursement de la commande se fera par virement bancaire après contrôle de la marchandise réceptionnée. PRODUIT & DESCRIPTIF : Photos non contractuelles. Des améliorations peuvent à tout moment être apportées aux produits sans que cela soit notifiées expressément sur la fiche produit. COMMANDE : Les commandes sont livrées en 1 seule fois. Il n'y a pas de livraison échelonnée DELAI DE LIVRAISON : Entre 5 et 10 jours ouvrés. En période de forte affluence, les délais peuvent être rallongés. LIVRAISON : Si vous constatez un problème lors de la livraison de vos produits : le signaler de manière exhaustive et précise sur le bon de livraison du transporteur, prendre des photos si possible et nous prévenir immédiatement via votre compte client. La mention "sous réserve de déballage" n'est pas acceptée. Aucune réclamation ne sera prise en compte au delà d'un délai de 3 jours ouvrés après réception de la marchandise. Livraison "au pied de l'immeuble", aucune livraison à l'intérieur du domicile GARANTIE : Le matériel électrique est garanti 2 ans. La garantie prend effet le jour de l'achat de la marchandise. Les frais d'expédition du matériel pour réparation sont à la charge de l'acheteur. La garantie ne s'appliquera pas : - si le matériel n'a pas été utilisé dans les conditions pour lesquelles il a été construit - en cas de détérioration ou accident provenant de négligences, défaut d'entretien ou de surveillance - Si le matériel a été transformé ou réparé par des personnes non habilitées (la réparation doit être effectuée par un électricien uniquement) - si la plaque signalétique a été falsifiée, altérée, rendue illisible ou supprimée - pour des dommages causés par une installation électrique non conforme - pour des dommages causés par la foudre, l'incendie, l'excès d'eau ou toutes conditions climatiques excessives - pour une usure normale du matériel (rayure sur la plaque de cuisson ou la carrosserie, éventuelle petite déformation de la plaque de cuisson) le remplacement de pièces défectueuses sous garantie n'a pas pour effet de prolonger la garantie initiale.
